• We do not ask you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not collect your name, email, or contact details.
• Player names you type stay on your device.
• We show ads and offer optional subscriptions to keep the game free.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. Information We Handle

3.1. Information Stored Only on Your Device

• Player names you enter for a game.
• Your game settings and preferences (language, vibration, notifications, last mode).
• A random device identifier (a randomly generated ID) used to remember your settings and purchases. This is not linked to your real identity.

This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

3.2. Information Handled by Third Parties

• Advertising (Google AdMob): We show ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free. Ads are served in a non-personalized manner and we do not request permission to track you. Google may still process limited device and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, as described in Google's policies.
• Purchases (Apple): Subscriptions and any in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details.

4. How We Use Information

• To run the game and remember your preferences on your device.
• To display advertisements.
• To provide and restore optional subscriptions.
• To respond to you if you contact our support email.

5. Advertising and Tracking

We do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track you across apps or websites for advertising. Ads are shown on a non-personalized basis.

6. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app schedules occasional local reminders on your device to invite you back to play. You can turn these off at any time from the app's Settings or your device's system settings.

7. Children

Imposter Party is intended for a general audience and is meant to be played in a group. The app contains advertising and optional purchases. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information that should be removed, please contact us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except the service providers described above (Google, Apple) that help us operate the app.

9. Your Choices

• Disable notifications in Settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Limit ad personalization in your device's privacy settings.
• Delete the app to remove the locally stored data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
