By using the Teamo application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Service Description

Teamo is a mobile application designed to help couples strengthen their relationships. The application provides users with the following features:

  • Live location tracking and map view
  • Safe Space: Emotional messaging and peace offerings
  • Stories and memory map sharing
  • AI-powered movie recommendations
  • Personalized relationship counseling
  • Shared to-do list management
  • Shared finance and budget tracking
  • Special days, anniversaries, and event tracking
  • Relationship statistics and mood tracking
  • Weather information and location alerts
  • Smart notifications
  • Multi-language support in 14 languages

3. User Responsibilities

As users, you agree to the following obligations:

  • You are responsible for the security of your account information
  • Content you share must be legal
  • You are expected to respect the rights of others
  • You must use the application only for personal and non-commercial purposes
  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • You must keep your location data accurate and up-to-date
  • You must use the AI counseling feature responsibly
  • You must have a valid subscription to use premium features

4. Content Policy

The following rules apply to content shared by users:

  • Illegal, harmful, or threatening content cannot be shared
  • Inappropriate or obscene content is prohibited
  • Materials containing copyright infringement cannot be shared
  • Content that disturbs other users is prohibited
  • Photos and stories are only shared between couples
  • Safe Space messages are private and only shared with your matched partner

Content that does not comply with the rules may be removed without warning, and your account may be suspended.

5. Account Security

To ensure your account security:

  • Use a strong password
  • Do not share your password with others
  • Report suspicious activity to us immediately
  • You are responsible for all activities on your account
  • Ensure your account security when signing in with Google or Apple
  • Regularly check your location permissions
  • All your data is encrypted and securely stored
  • Private messages use end-to-end encryption
  • Location data is encrypted both during transmission and storage

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Teamo application, its logo, design, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify application content without permission.

7. Service Interruptions

Teamo does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Account Termination

Your account may be terminated in the following situations:

  • Violation of terms of service
  • Engaging in illegal activities
  • Causing harm to other users
  • Sharing false or misleading information
  • Misusing premium features
  • Manipulating location data

You can delete your account at your own request from the application settings. Account deletion is permanent and all your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Teamo is not liable for indirect or direct damages arising from the use of the application. The application is provided "as is".

No guarantee is provided regarding the accuracy of location data, effectiveness of AI recommendations, or availability of third-party services.

10. Premium Subscription and Payments

Teamo Premium features include:

  • Premium subscription automatically renews
  • Cancellation must be done from your App Store account
  • Premium features: Unlimited Safe Space messages, advanced AI recommendations, and ad-free experience
  • Prices and subscription periods may change
  • Refund policy is subject to App Store rules

11. Data Usage and Location

Teamo is a location-based application:

  • Location permission is required for the application
  • Your location data is only shared with your partner
  • Background location tracking is performed (optional)
  • Location history is securely stored
  • You can stop location sharing at any time

12. Artificial Intelligence Usage

Teamo uses AI technology:

  • AI recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional counseling
  • AI responses are generated based on your personal data
  • Information shared with AI is kept confidential
  • We recommend seeking professional help for serious relationship issues

13. Changes

Teamo reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the application after changes means that you accept the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by international law and applicable local regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
