Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Imposter Party (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Using the App

Imposter Party is a social party game provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the App only in a lawful and respectful way, and not to misuse it or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Eligibility

The App contains advertising and optional purchases. If you are a minor, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, and purchases should be made only with their permission.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • The App offers optional subscriptions ("Party Pass") and may offer other in-app purchases.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
  • Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

4. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising. Some features may require watching a rewarded ad to unlock. Ads are provided by third parties and their content is not controlled by us.

5. Content and Conduct

Player names and any text you enter are created by you. You are responsible for the content you enter and for ensuring it does not violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, word packs, text, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law.

7. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows when the latest changes took effect. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
